GCA Advises TouchBistro on Its Series C Preferred Financing
TouchBistro provides iPad mobile point-of-sale (“mPOS”) solutions for a variety of food and drink venues, including restaurants, cafes, bars, and food trucks. The TouchBistro app has been ranked the top-grossing food and beverage app in 37 countries on the Apple App Store. In the last year, the company has deployed more than 15,000 iPads in over 9,000 restaurants around the world and grown its recurring monthly revenue by 150 percent.
TouchBistro will use its Series C funding to improve and expand the feature set in its mPOS solution and to expand the company’s presence in global markets. Alex Barrotti, Founder and CEO of TouchBistro, commented: “We have experienced significant growth over the past year and plan to continue on this exciting trajectory.”
This is GCA’s second advisory engagement with TouchBistro. GCA also acted as exclusive financial advisor for TouchBistro’s Series B financing, which was completed in October 2016.
