GCA Advises Piano Software on Its Acquisition of AT Internet

GCA is pleased to announce our client, Piano, the global subscription commerce and customer experience platform, announced it has joined forces with AT Internet, a France-based leader in digital analytics and contextual data.
Based in New York, Piano Software Inc. (“Piano”) is a fast-growing SaaS company, empowering companies to create customized digital experiences and commercial relationships for their users. Leading organizations use Piano’s award-winning enterprise platform to power their subscription, registration, analytics, entitlement and personalization efforts.
Founded in 1996, AT Internet empowers organizations to effectively measure and analyze how visitors arrive on their website, as well as their subsequent actions and behaviors on the site. Customers can then visualize this data in dashboards and reports to be shared across the organization, as well as integrate it with dozens of other digital marketing applications. Further, data managed by AT Internet helps organizations achieve and maintain privacy compliance around regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. AT Internet’s products have been recognized worldwide as a leader in web analytics within multiple Forrester Wave™ reports.
